The MeI-Plus is an automated Chemistry Module capable of multiple back-to-back production runs of either 11C Methyl-Iodide or 11C
Methyl-Triflate. The labeling material can then be easily delivered to the AutoLoop module (or another system) for methylation of
the precursor. (The system includes an automatic cleaning cycle requiring less than 10 minutes to complete which means that up to

Bioscan’s C-11/F-18 Methylation System uses a patented “loop technique” to provide consistent high yields and high chemical purity where reactions occur at room temperature. All aspects of the system are controlled and monitored by the PET Chem/Series III software, which provides a graphical view of each operation and sequence, along with recorded activity levels for full cGMP compliance. The new FDG-Plus offers high reliability and consistent yeilds of 55% - 65% (EOS) in less than 30 minutes. The kit based disposable system with a preconditioned QMA trapping cartridge, ensures low operating costs, multi-run capability and graphical interface; all in compliance with cGMP requirements.
