The DRM series offers remote wireless Area Monitoring and is designed specifically to be used as a fixed monitor in varying dose rate fields.

The DRM-1 is configured with two very sensitive, auto switching GM tubes providing a linear response over 0.1µSv/h to 10Sv/h.  The DRM-1D is suited to low range applications and achieves higher sensitivity with a CsI(Tl) detector providing a linear response from 0.01 µSv/h to 0.1 mSv/h  The DRM series are wall-mounted, AC mains powered, with NiMH backup batteries. Data is transmitted by either 900 MHz FHSS, 2.4 GHz FHSS wireless or via hardwire (RS-232 or RS-485) to a Remote Monitoring System.
