The unique Rotem MediSMARTS system is a complete PC based real-time monitoring system specifically designed for cyclotron facilities, PET Centres, and applications in nuclear medicine.
The system offers a selection of hadware designed for installation in cyclotron vaults, exhaust stacks, clean rooms, hot cells etc. MediSMARTS offers continuous monitoring of all channels with PC based archived and real-time displays, alarming, complete reporting and analysis tools.
The MediSMARTS system has been chosen by the major cyclotron/PET facilities throughout Australia.
The DRM series offers remote wireless Area Monitoring and is designed specifically to be used as a fixed monitor in varying dose rate
fields.
The DRM-1 is configured with two very sensitive, auto switching GM tubes providing a linear response over 0.1µSv/h to
10Sv/h. The DRM-1D is suited to low range applications and achieves higher sensitivity with a CsI(Tl) detector providing a linear
response from 0.01 µSv/h to 0.1 mSv/h The DRM series are wall-mounted, AC mains powered, with NiMH backup batteries. Data is
transmitted by either 900 MHz FHSS, 2.4 GHz FHSS wireless or via hardwire (RS-232 or RS-485) to a Remote Monitoring System.
The AMP series of GM based Area Monitors offer a selection of dose rate ranges covering 0.1 µSv/h - 150 Sv/h. The waterproof probe can be used to depths of 20 meters with detector cable lengths of over 100 meters.

The new i-RAD offers an easily solution for incorporating radiation monitoring in an existing or planned PLC managed monitoring system. The 4 - 20mA industry standard output provides simply connectivity for gamma dose-rate monitoring over 50keV to 1.3MeV. i-RAD interfaces with a selection from the range of Rotem R-200 Probes achieving a wide measurement range. The logarithimic 4 - 20mA output can be optimised to suit the application. The i-RAD is wall-mounted and AC mains adapter(12VDC) powered. A large, multi-segment, backlit LCD display
